Summary

The Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical role in supporting hiring for Chobani's Supply Chain team. This position focuses on driving recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain best-in-class talent across diverse roles, from operations and logistics to quality assurance and engineering, in close partnership with the Supply Chain leadership team. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and ensuring a talent pipeline capable of meeting current and future needs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, this role is an exciting, highly-visible role, responsible for process improvement and the overall results of the Talent Acquisition functions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a comprehensive internal and external talent acquisition strategy
  • Source, interview and hire for key/critical roles
  • Build consistency and efficiencies to scale optimally for continued rapid growth
  • Implement efficient, scalable, consistent, and effective talent acquisition processes and technologies which support Chobani's continued growth and key business priorities
  • Lead key organizational metrics to meet short and long term recruiting strategies
  • Further develop and communicate Chobani's recruitment value proposition to the business
  • Communicate talent acquisition strategies to key stakeholders and other leaders within Chobani in a manner that positions the talent acquisition team as trusted advisors to the business
  • Drive the development of Chobani's brand and develop strategies and tactics to effectively manage the brand both internally and externally
  • Accountable for compliance with all federal, state regulations concerning all phases of the recruitment process. Ensure appropriate controls, documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Improve the interviewing and selection skills for Chobani managers
  • Compile, analyze and use data relating to recruiting, performance and retention to find opportunities to improve processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in a talent acquisition role focused on manufacturing in the food & beverage industry.
  • Past experience working in a recruitment agency or search firm, preferred
  • Strong proven understanding of web search engine/tools, social media, applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to run projects and lead process improvement teams
  • Ability to collaborate with, partner, and influence senior leaders across the organization
  • Demonstrable experience improving systems, processes, and tools
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and departments within a changing environment
  • Strong presentation and training skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Compensation Range:$140,000.00-$210,000.00, plus bonus.
