This position will interface with Manufacturing, Product Development, Global Sourcing, Maintenance and other departments within the company. The successful candidate will have experience with Food Preservation techniques Cleaning, Sanitation and Pest Control Programs. Job Duties: Supervise FSQA Sanitation Technologist and direct their daily work processes. Perform cleaning and sanitation testing, record results, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner Review cleaning, sanitation, and pest control records Conduct facility inspections for compliance with sanitation and pest control program requirements. Maintain santitaion standards and procedures (including testing procedures, data collection and pest control). Analyze problems related to out-of-tolerance cleaning, sanitation and/or pest control parameters. Write or refine policy and procedures relative to cleaning, sanitation, and pest control programs. Assist in development of SSOP's and the Master Cleaning Schedule Provide training related to cleaning, sanitation, and pest control programs Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: BA/BS required. Prefer degree to be in a science discipline. Two to five years Sanitation related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
