About the role Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs We are looking for a Project Engineerto join our Engineering Department which is responsible to manage the Capital Projects Portfolio and provide engineering and construction services for Boron Operations and Wilmington Operations. The Engineering Team manages over 60 annual Capital Projects and assist in supporting production with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills and providing both day to day guidance as well as developing and leading improvement projects. The Project E will deliver multiple projects during all stages, with a focus on prefeasibility and feasibility stages. This is a great opportunity to have close contact with different projects stakeholders from operations, processing, environmental, safety, maintenance teams to ensure compliance with the RTB Capital plan. Collaborating with operations to troubleshoot and execute optimization changes.
