We are seeking an experienced, Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages. This role is mainly done remotely unless project requires the occasional on-site collaboration in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps
    Create complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform development
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem
  • Actively participate in the Microsoft CoE, sharing knowledge, best practices, and ensuring adherence to governance and standards
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's Power Platform knowledge
  • Data Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues within Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth functionality and performance


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Power Platform development
  • Must possess Microsoft PL-400 or Microsoft PL-600
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
  • Programming: Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript for custom development and script writing.Understanding of C# and .NET for backend development and plugin creation
  • Professional experience and expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
  • Practical understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, including connectors, gateways, and data integrations
  • Professional experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services like Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.
  • Integration/Extendibility: Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
    Knowledge of extending Power Platform with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom development.
  • Dataverse: Knowledge of data modeling, entities, relationships, and business rules. Experience with security roles, field-level security, and auditing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


$150k+ to align with education and experience
