KI has an opening for an Associate Accounts Receivable Analyst in our Finance department at our Corporate office in Green Bay, WI.

This position is responsible for support and backup for all account receivable positions and includes frequent communication with KI's internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a team-based commercial accounts receivable department and possess confident communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities include:



  • Contact customer trade and bank references
  • Analyze trade references and/or financial information
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable team members and recommend fair commercial credit decisions within the risk parameters established by management
  • Support invoicing and document retention responsibilities
  • Collection and follow-up of accounts receivable
  • Investigation, follow-up, and resolutions of accounts receivable deductions (i.e., sales tax)
  • Support posting of daily customer receipts
  • Provide timely response to all incoming credit inquiries
  • Provide support and research during annual audit


Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree in Business Management (or related field) preferred or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • General accounting knowledge
  • General understanding of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
  • Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and ambition to have an impact.
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Successfully manage multiple responsibilities
