Acara Solutions is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to work with our client headquartered in Boston, MA. This is a REMOTE position!
Overview
As a Process Improvement Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing and refining the workflows that allow us to be more efficient, innovative, and agile supporting our people. Additionally, you may provide project coordination support for larger initiatives led by senior project managers.
Job Details
- Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement new processes that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other departments to align on process improvements and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather input and validate new processes.
- View processes in the context of the larger system, identifying how individual steps and processes connect and affect overall performance and outcome
- Create and maintain clear documentation for redesigned processes, including process flows, guidelines, and best practices for long-term operational use.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of implemented process change ensuring desired outcomes are achieved and making adjustments as necessary.
- Educate team members and stakeholders on new processes, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption and compliance.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of larger projects led by senior project managers.
- Help with scheduling, documentation, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
Do you have the right ingredients? (Requirements)
* 2-5 years of experience in process design, process improvement, operations, or project management, preferably in a global environment.
* Proven experience with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Miro etc.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency gain
* Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.
* Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
