DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Identifies project scope and deliverables to develop solid project plans.
  • Looks forward into Sales funnel and proactively follows up on opportunities.
  • Manage the progression of key projects through initial kick-off research, development and ensuring timeliness, cost, and quality delivery of products.
  • Coordinates with a diverse range of cross-functional teams including customers, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain Management, Finance and Operations.
  • Builds solid relationships with Sales and cross functional teams.
  • Proactively communicates with customers and anticipates their needs to provide customer intimacy.
  • Provides expert Project Management knowledge and support to project teams and facilitate overcoming obstacles to achieve successful delivery of products.
  • Develops, tracks, maintains, and manages timeline.
  • Effectively communicates the status of projects to Sales Managers and an array of internal customers.
  • Identifies, tracks, and resolves all project risks and issues.
  • Monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow.
  • Manages project transitions between functional groups and project phases.
  • Provide effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback and leadership to project team members to foster a positive team atmosphere.
  • Performs postmortem analysis for completed projects and facilitates RCCA.
  • Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non -compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent collaborative interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively across the organization and within a team of diverse skill sets.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage several projects at one time while providing high attention to details and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Strong balance of both analytical and creative thinking to uncover ways to ensure projects are effectively meeting customer's unmet needs and expected timelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.
  • Must possess high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and MS Office suite of software including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system)
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed.
  • Ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written)
  • Proven ability and desire to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work independently, as a member of a team, and as a team leader
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or government law.
  • Willingness to include travel as necessary, but not to exceed 20%.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years working experience in project management, or combination of relevant education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with SAP or ERP systems
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com
