The Director of Tax and Treasury is responsible for the cash management and tax compliance functions of the Company. This individual develops and reviews policies and procedures for treasury and tax, manages relationships with banks and lenders, forecasts the cash needs for the consolidated organization, and prepares financial information to support quarterly tax estimates and annual filings. The role requires a detail-oriented problem solver with strong technical skills who works well in a deadline-driven environment. Setting: Professional office environment with hybrid and flexible schedule options available. Compensation: This is an exempt position at a very competitive salary.
