You are:

As the Supply Chain Planning Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in supply chain planning practices for our clients. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, managing client engagements, and delivering solutions that unlock Omnichannel capabilities for our clients.

The work:

  • Create supply chain planning thought leadership for clients across industries
  • Shape clients planning transformation vision, focus areas and journey from the current state to a to-be enterprise environment
  • Provide point-of-view on supply chain solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions
  • Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions
  • Oversee the design and implementation of Supply Chain solutions, process and operating model by leveraging Accentures implementation methodology
  • Help to develop and expand the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification
  • Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients
  • Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients
  • Managemedium to large sized eco-system partner Business Solution teamsand/or work effortsat a client or within Accenture.
  • Serve as the chief planner/architect for end to end planning delivery with eco-system partners such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder and Aera Technologies

Heres what you need:

  • Minimum of 5 years scoping and delivering Planning strategies, operating model design in transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions and services
  • Transformation Management experience
  • Business Case Development and Financial Assessment experiece
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Bonus points if:

  • You have the proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • You excel in building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs and demonstrating leadership
  • Youve earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • You have a functional-level understanding of technology solutions
  • Lean or Six Sigma qualifications
  • You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvement
  • Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
