Service/Maintenance Support

Schedule: 32 hour schedule

The Administrative Support Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and/ormultiple teams.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Monitors Epic bed board Organizing and prioritizing requests for patient care items
  • Data collection
  • Customer service
  • Answering incoming calls, dispatch
  • This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability tomulti-task

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education:High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • License/Certifications:N/A

  • Experience:Minimum of 12 months' customer service experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strongmulti-taskingskills.

  • Ability to sort and file accurately.

  • Ability to type routine correspondence, forms, reports, etc.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

2. License/Certifications: N/A

3. Experience: One year of customer service experience required.

4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A

5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Word and Excel
