Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce and Transportation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of e-commerce expertise, logistics knowledge, and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and overseeing daily transportation operations for Ecommerce accounts. Key Responsibilities: Ecommerce Account Management: Provide superior customer service to our Ecommerce accounts. Efficiently process orders and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with Ecommerce accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Utilize our Product Information Management (PIM) system, Salsify, to maintain accurate product information. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Transportation Operations: Manage daily transportation operations, including scheduling and routing shipments. Work closely with carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Implement best practices to optimize transportation processes. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or transportation. Strong understanding of domestic transportation regulations and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with PIM systems, such as Salsify, is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized.
