The Opportunity: This position is in the Cell Culture and Bioprocess Operations department supporting process development projects (including validation studies) as well as process transfer to manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include designing and executing lab-scale experiments (shake flasks, ambrs, 2L bioreactors, etc.), coordinating experiments with the pilot plant, accurately documenting and analyzing data, summarizing results in technical documents and oral presentations, and support of health authority submissions. You may also support or lead inter-departmental process, technology and business process improvement projects. This position will require laboratory bench work and effective internal and external departmental collaborations to achieve the desired results. Occasional weekend work may be required. Who you are:

Relocation benefits are NOT available for this role. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $80,300 - $177,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
