Job Summary: As the Finance Site Leader, this role will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our Tullahoma, TN manufacturing plant. This role will develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role provides continual assessment of site performance, identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner to help support the Company's financial goals. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position regularly exercise discretionary and regular decision-making authority.

Location: Tullahoma, TN (onsite)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the Tullahoma, TN manufacturing plant.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and improve cost efficiency.

  • Be a strong business partner to the site leader and the site leadership team.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports.

  • Collaborate with the cross functional teams within the site and business units to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.

  • Support any number of factory product line transition initiatives that come about over time.

  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and innovation that values learning and a commitment to quality.

  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform, other duties assigned by their manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and CPA certification preferred.

  • Seven (7)+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally in a large organization.

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Expertise in financial management, including general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet oversight.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and driving cost efficiencies.

  • Experience with tools like Tableau and/or SAP BI; Six Sigma experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on influencing and driving change.

Cubic Pay Range:

$140,000 - $165,000 + benefits.

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
