Job Description: The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) works closely with the clinical staff to ensure patients are provided with quality care and service. By partnering with the Hearing Care Professionals onsite, the HCC can provide support to referring physicians and patients. The HCC will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and details, and assist with support needs within the clinic. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
