A week in the life of a Business Process Analyst IV:



  • Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
  • Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
  • Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.
  • Provides daily supervision and direction.

Job Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline
  • Five (5) years of related experience:

    • Demonstrated experience with industry standard Quality Assurance Industry best practices for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, testing methodologies, version control systems, implementation, Root Cause analysis, and deployment activities.
    • Identifies and provides process improvements recommendations and oversees implementation.
    • Oversees project team activities and monitors project taskings and milestones.
    • Coordinate activities among multiple project teams.


  • Supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Office including proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
